- Assisted boarding house with 14 private bedrooms
- Four shared bathrooms, all equipped with roll-in showers and grab rails
- Two-storey home with non-shared bedrooms
- Verandah and front porch seating areas
- Fully fenced yard with no garden maintenance required
- Kitchenette available to participants 24 hours a day
- Support ratios:
- 2:14 (AM)
- 1:14 (PM)
- Inactive overnight support from 10pm–6am
- Services include meals, laundry, and transport
- Five single rooms currently available
- Suitable for male and female participants aged 18+
